Nostelgia Anime
Its been awhile since I talked about anime I realize. This however is a little different. Over the years as many had done I downloaded fansubbed anime, but not long after I was forced to delete it, because of hard drive limitations at those times. Over the years I have lost a great deal of anime I truely loved. This list is very extensive, some of it is even considered fairly bad or romantic anime (such as かしまし – Kashimashi). But I still enjoyed them a great deal, in fact almost every anime I have watched to the end I have enjoyed, the others I never finished watching.
Unfortunately my memory wasn’t always the best for remembering the name of Anime so many have slipped my mind over the years. But some of my list I want to reget (which may be impossible to do for free due to new licensing since I had them) in no particular order: Soulty Rei, Chobits, Dennō Coil, Elfen Lied, Last Exile, Spice and Wolf, Read or Die, Outlaw Star, Full Metal Panic!, Kashimashi, Dual! Parallel Trouble, Gatekeepers 21 (perhaps the series as well).
Many more I will add to my list once I remember them. Then I will proceed to watch them… again. 
The ones that are licensed as of this point I will have to pull some savings for (I just hope they have RAW with subtitles! The dubs are always terrible!), but the rest, hopefully I can still get.
Anime, Windows & Programming
Its been awhile since I posted. Anyway a little in the way of news is… I have started watching lucky star. It reminds me a bit of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. But I am fairly sure the two shows were made by the same team.
Aside from that I have a copy of windows 7 now installed on my main computer. I have a full genuine single user retail version thanks to microsoft, such nice people (sic). Its not bad and my horror stories from installing vista or mac os x did not repeat themselves. Which is always a good thing.
In other news, my emulator is not going to well, I need to rewrite the memory controller. However I did manage to make a Nintendo DS based save editor for pokemon. It works pretty well. (I really should start hosting a download page)
The Latest
Recently I watched the entirety of Megas XLR and Ben 10: Alien Force. Each consisted of 2 seasons at about 12 to 13 episodes per season, and I did it in under 2 days. Not straight of course, but close (barring sleep, etc). I admit I miss a number of shows on TV, in both meanings of the word. I rarely watch TV so I miss show times and I miss seeing shows in current production and being aired on TV. Movies are nice, but a series normally establishes a much longer amount of video.
Oh and last week I watched the entirety of Birdy the Mighty DECODE and Birdy the Mighty DECODE 02. So yes, I am also fan of Japanese Animation. I wish I could say I watched it RAW (meaning without subtitles), but my japanese is still a bit under developed for that.
